Rory Wilkinson

Rory manages ELEMENT ZERO_SIX's Medical Devices in the market place and the ongoing pipeline of future developments. He is an expert in Medical Device Development and certification and was mechanical lead on the development of the award winning neo-capsul.

Rory is determined to develop products which look beyond their primary clinical functionality and understand the experience of care, looking at how the users interact with the product.

He is a visiting lecturer at Glasgow University and has lectured at Strathclyde University, Glasgow School of Art and several Medical conferences. He’s a chartered engineer, RSA fellow, D&AD member, has sat on the RSA design directions judging panel and was recently recognized as a “Bright Young Thing” by the Scotland on Sunday.

In his spare time he loves anything to do with bikes and has cycled 6000km across Australia, competed in the Bike Messenger World Championships and mountain biked all over the world.
